ChangeDriver A/S is Denmark-based company with focus on business consultancy and software provider. ChangeDriver is a window-based business process modeling software that has been developed by ChangeDriver A/S since 1986. ChangeDriver is popularly used by IT consultants, business consultants and many financial firms and constitutions in Denmark.
In 2007, ChangeDriver A/S chose DTT Globeteam as outsourcing partner for software maintenance. Outsourcing to DTT Globeteam allows ChangeDriver to focus on business development and save total cost. The IT tasks were completely transferred from Copenhagen to Hanoi. To ensure effectiveness in communication and technology transfer, a Product Manager from ChangeDriver A/S has come and worked directly with local engineers in Hanoi.
How we helped
At the first time, we set up a team of 4 engineers to support the Product Manager on customer support, test & bugs fixing for new releases. This task requires english-speaking and expertise in Microsoft technologies.

In 2008, ChangeDriver A/S wanted to develop a web-based version for ChangeDriver. The team has been divided in two groups: group one continues on maintenance task, group two takes care of developing web-based version. We recruited new .Net developer and testers. The team is doubled after 6 months.
