Disciplined process

We have processes mapped to CMMI. Currently, we cover level 3 and a part of level 4 (Software quality management).
 
We understand business needs are changing fast, and therefore we choose to follow Agile methodology while combining with MSF (Microsoft Solutions Framework) practices to make software.

Quality assurance at every stage of software development life-cycle

  • Planning: review by checklist
  • Requirement gathering: clarify and follow issue-checklist
  • Architecture and design: review
  • Code: coding convention (format and security) and unit test
  • Test: define norm for each release (number of defects allowed)
  • Release: define and apply exit criteria (with customer)
Our entire project is managed in a single system (Visual Studio Team System), enabling us to have a real time reporting and full traceability from business requirement to architecture, implementation, testing and to the end product.

Transparent communication

We experienced that ineffective communication may cause outsourcing project  failure. That’s why, we set communication as an essential element of project management. We have International Project Managers staying with the team to ensure transparent communication to our customers and Onsite Engineers to understand more the needs of business and develop a communication code with customer, help the communication to be easier over distance.
